housing, should I buy?
I am an investor in return. Since the housing market is in the doldrums at the moment, I take the opportunity to buy shares in this market because I think the market will recover over time (I'm ready to buy and hold for 3-5 years). But I know that many of the best players in this market. Can anyone suggest what actions should I buy first? I try not to take any risk if I buy the best player in this market (as in Intel chips for PCs, or Google in Internet search industry) so that when housing rebounds profit insurance market player.
Look in any of an ETF or mutual fund ... Let the mixture Asset Manager ... Some REIT, individual companies ... If you are a buy and hold investor, you will probably see a rebound you're looking for ... but the funds will be distributed to risk a few commercials, some of the hotels, maybe the malls, etc. .. and when things happen better get back to the house builders, and financing. I wish Real FRESX (Fidelity Estate), but all these investment firms have something similar. Once you see signs of a return ... look in their share of funds .. Who leads the pack? There is one population that is looking for .... However, I can cite an action ... Public Storage (PSA) .. not be regarded as property shares, but I see in almost every RE. Just a thought.
