i just want to know how do i report a student housing apartment.?
the reasons are b/c
1) when i move, apartment was really dirty, (very nasty and not livable!!)
2) They transfer me to another apt. Apt was ok so far until one night, suddenly my room started to rain. Everything was flooded in apt. I call office and they got ppl to extract water. but thatz all they did. no compensation, no nothing
3) my personal belongings was damage b/c of that, n they said on the contract that they weren't responsible for it !! ///?? 
i really want to report this apt. what should i do?
Call the local building department or code enforcement office.
