Any probs w / Colorado State Business Group / CSBG / Core Realty? SGL I am mom w / 2 kids! I WANT 2 keep our house!
Please let me know if you have! I need stories like this! I'm trying to find someone to deal with the fact that I am a victim of fraud under a lease-by the plan itself known as the Business Group, Colorado State CSBG aka Core Realty. There are plenty of Web information in evaluating loan increasing mortgage fraud and articles about how all these politicians intend to do something different until you can not find someone to watch in my case. I "buy" a house of CSBG (Chris Stiebler, Andy Klein, owner) that I was renting their houses for 1 year, giving 1% of your purchase price (140k claims paid but I found with that paid 112 K), which was $ 1400/mo. (I would do 1 / 2 back pymnt-no). At the end of the year, I had to buy the house of CSBG 15% higher acquisition price or appraised value, whichever is less. ILS appraiser hired by the value of 165K. I @ Refi discovered later that the assessment was inflated the value & @ was time closer to 130K. I was screwed! HEEEEELLP!
Sounds you need a lawyer. You can try the Legal Aid Society, if things are tight. The following step is to file a complaint with the BBB. How about sueing the evaluator who overinflating damage home values. He violated a trust by failing to provide an assessment of value need for which is proposed as an expert. Have a copy of the documents you signed? Consult a lawyer for them ..
