They are a great company. Remember 90-95% of real estate is sold by 10-5% of the agents, You may desire to interview other agents for opinions as to value, there experiences, education and ask for an inventory to what they have sold for the past 3 years. See if they have an individual website and see how they are marketing properties. Its not the company, but often the individual production , experience and desire of the indvidual agent or broker.
