Is there any way to see the list on the MLS that my agency?
Is there any way to see the list on the MLS that my agency? I realize that REALTORS my site have a delay, and even if I like my agency to see what comes on the market later when the three days that are not listed. Many houses in my area was broken very quickly and they are missing. Is there a general list that shows more?
Most local database of the MLS have a direct link to their websites to public view. But not all. Frankly, your Real Estate agent can be the best person in the world and his best friend for that matter, but if he / she can not get the information faster then they are not doing their job. The database, which draws from the most likely is a feature that allows them to define as a contact and the agent automatically email and have new homes that meet criteria you set. In this way, you know immediately all the new homes hit the market. If your agent fails to learn about the homes of up to 3 days later, they are not doing their job. More likely is that the agent did not even know this feature is still in the MLS system. I am an instructor of real estate in the MLS system and it's amazing the amount of Agents of Good agents do not fully exploit the system they use. That said, it is probably link directly to the local MLS will give you 95% of all details (the owners of names and telephone numbers, for example, the public will not be published). Ask your agent for binding, or even Google your real organizaiton of the city and to come. But the best solution is to have a conversation with your realtor. If they can not give information quickly and then get a different agent.
