utah real estate laws?

I just bought a brand new house build this year. my dry wall is pulling and my nails are poping out does anyone know if this is covered under the warrenty of the house. Richmond american homes says they fix it once to be nice

Do you have the original contract for your purchase of the house? If so, read it CAREFULLY and thoroughly. Also, I would suggest contacting the local government agency specializing in housing regulations as well as any local realtors in the area.
