real estate nh
Can anyone help me find a private real estate investor in NH? ?

I am a very dedicated individual trying to get into real estate in NH. I do not have the finances yet to purchase properties myself so I would like to start bird dogging first to gain funds and also gain knowledge of how the whole process works. The problem is however I live in a very rural community in NH and although I am willing to locate properties within the whole state I am having trouble finding an investor. Does anyone know of any investors in NH or perhaps an idea of where I should look for one? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

They are called "hard-money" lenders and they advertise in the classified ads. www.OODLE.com has all the classified ads lumped together.
You can walk into any mortgage company and ask who the prefer for HardMoney loans. They know all the local people who loan.
