Where are the best places to advertise the sale of your commercial building?
I have a large commercial building in a small town, but active mountain known for its art and antiques. Apart from using a realtor, a sell signal in the window, and use of craigslist .... What are other ways to spread the word about your property is for sale? A man has recommended that the Wall Street Journal, and another newspaper in Sacramento (The building is in the states South-West, not California). See all proven ideas? Loop.net is a website that publish real estate agents. I am looking for ideas of places and forms of advertising my property I can do.
eBay owner.com & forsalebyowner.com may have a commercial section. Your local newspaper is probably the best bet for trade buyers to pick it up. LoopNet Besides, there propertyline.com'm not sure this site is for RE agents.
