Why California Real Estate-three times the amount of the Georgia-Real Estate, or other parts of the country?
I mean it's ridiculous besides the "location" why some areas of the Coutry three times the amount of the other. I was watching last night when a couple was looking their first home in San Fransico, where the average price was $ 750,000. How much could you get a mansion and a Bentley in Georgia! Can someone explain this me .... I mean, people earn more money there, or something, is there some secret place, I know nothing ??!!! And in this case would be better trying to sell real estate must be the bottom of the housing?

For example, in the Bay area, only 8% of the population can afford to buy a house.
