I need help I need to do a Research Report on something Related to Real Estate Economics any Ideas?

I need to turn in a Research Report for my Final in my Real Estate Econimics class regarding Economics but first of all I have never done a 3-5pg Research paper, second I dont have a clue on what to do it on. Any one please Help I have two weeks from Yesterday.

Some ideas for topics:

- the current crisis of subprime lending. This is very current-event and there should be loads of info on it. Search on subprime lending and you should have tons of hits.
