Is it better to use a Realtor or just a simple Real Estate agent?
Or does it matter in what situation you're in?? In a short sales process which would be better to use in pulling comps and listing a house?
A Realtor is simply an agent that belongs to the National Association of Realtors. (NAR)
Personally I use them, they have a higher standard to follow then an agent and are less likely to be a part-timer.
