How to sell a prime commercial property needs a national exhibition or acquiring companies?
Hi, I'm an associate broker with Real Estate Companies of the city and I look forward to new ideas, may be even out of the box! Please, if you can describe how to sell the first commercial real estate. The property is located in a city, center of the region and more than 30,000 cars off the road daily. Two acres of commercial property zoned for development. Need a national exhibition to find companies that are interested in the acquisition and development of the property. All new ideas welcome.
I saw some good methods for the sale of commercial property - real estate in Dubai seems to come with them every minute! A couple of approaches I can remember from the top of my head are: - working with a government agency, creative agency and / or prospective tenants to create an image in the final development, its value to the community and its potential for use and rent. - Auctions of property, perhaps using the property as a key sale at an auction set for local services or event as well (you take a reduction smaller, but the exposure can be useful). - Publisher of magazines / newspapers / TV in the potential development of some interesting background. Credibility You can not build more of a commercial level, the easier to reach and attract potential partners.
