Land Woodland
Is land a good investment?
I've been offered the chance to buy 6.5 acres of woodland in the Highlands,
This land comes with all sorts of rights but what could I realistically do with it?
Is it worthwhile investing in land or a waste of time?

Land is one of the best investments that can be made, land is always in need.
Firstly though you will want to check if there is any covenants, restrictions etc on the land (people may have rights over the land that you need to be aware off) You need to get checks done on the land by the right authorities, you also need to check the value of the land to see if it is of good value. It is worthwhile investing in land but it depends on what the land is used for is the land is used for farming and you are not in a position to upkeep the land or w.e else it could loose value and you could end up with a loss. I would recommend a lot of research and checks on the land before you go ahead with anything.
