Please I need help. Do we know this question about the HUD?
Me and my girlfriend ask HUD, we have a qualifying income for a family of four. I have a crime 7 years ago for drugs. I ask no crime in the application. Did I spell disaster for my family and have a chance. I live in California. Thanks for your answers.
It is true that if you lie on your application the reasons for denial of housing, property manager will be your CORI drugs and increase their charge, and denied housing anyway. HUD subsidized one drug convictions very seriously. But this is not correct in the above statement is that people with disabilities and elderly priority. Some events like we manage are elderly and disabled, there are other developments that make the family (which turn to all those who are eligible on income). HUD has many programs that meet many different Demography, and it is wrong to suggest that people with disabilities and elderly are given priority. His chances are slim to enter a site with the HUD office drug offense, and more for lying on his application. Try to find accommodation cheap, as a place of no HUD will welcome you. Good luck!
