I just got hired at Countrywide Financial as account manager.?
I know Ive heard a presentation by bad luck in the new now about the housing industry and the serious things are right now in real estate and how the country is just taking $ 11 billion in loans. But, nevertheless, they just built this big shiny new building in my town and hire a lot in my area. That recruiting is so hard that I was hired with a 4 years experience in retail and the requirement for this position requires a BS in Finance or Economics and 3-5 years experience in real estate. It I offer the basic salary and ontop of that Commission 2000/month. I was told that some boys were easily more than 10,000 a month through hard work and dedication. How say no to a job like that? And if the company goes bankrupt this happens to someone in my position? The company not only to close it? I need your advice on this, please! And if someone has no experience as a loan officer with the country, let me know your advice!
Many institutions such as Countrywide started sinking. Countrywide is one of the best-known organizations in the area are still trying through. Many smaller competitors Countrywide really hope for the country to stay in business, because if the giant goes down, what hope do you? I know that many loan officers who are currently working with Countrywide they do pretty well. Some not so good. It depends on you as a person, you will go away or stay with this company. I worked with them for a while and is not well, I found a new job in the area I wanted at the time, so I stopped working full time with them. Still working part time with Countrywide on occasion. In any case take the job if it works great, if not at least some experience and can go further.
