I get a rash every time I visit my father's house in Gainesville, FL?
I've been doing this rash since birth. When I go home to my father, a red rash appears around the face, the folds of the elbows and knees, neck and chest. I recently went to be controls for allergies, and check if any of the things I was allergic to my dad's house, not at home with my mother. We have found nothing. The only things we think out (I hunt and fish in the my father's house) and laundry detergent. He stopped using laundry detergent, and I still have the rash, however, use Cortizone ointment, which helped a little. I was wondering if anyone knows what this is called or how can I get rid of it.

Could Eczemaĕk'səmə possible eczema, a chronic or acute disease of the skin characterized by redness, itching, blisters filled with serum, training crusts and scales. The predisposing factors are family history of allergic diseases (hay fever, asthma or eczema) and sensitivity to allergens or contact with certain foods. The condition is often irritated by excessive sweating, exposure to heat or extreme cold, drought and abnormal fat or skin. Eczema can occur at any age in both sexes. It is often chronic and difficult to treat and tends to disappear and reappear. Itching can be extreme and severe, and can often lead to emotional distress. Treatment usually requires the avoidance of all the irritations of the skin creams or lotions containing topical immunomodulators useless as tacrolimus (Protopic and Eladil), or corticosteroids are sometimes helpful. Precautions must be taken to prevent secondary infections.
