Gonvernment what to do in this market for rental housing?
The rental price of housing is very high.So the gonvernment put a price ceiling of the poor can offer. Having given the maximum price that can happen is another problem. as demand increases and supply decreases. So the same situation, the poor can not buy a house, not because the price is too high, but because demand is very high. What additional policies must be necessary or what should be the gonvernment not this.Whe About gonvernmet should impose a policy of rental housing.
Government is one of the problems now. The government must keep regardless of the decisions of private sector companies!
