Is the Canadian economy really as strong as the Federal Government claims it to be?
I'm not so sure it is. I had to take a job flipping burgers because it was all I could find. I have a college degree and would like to someday use it but I think I might have to travel outside the country to find employment. The housing affordability index is at an all time high and disposable income among Canadians is at an all time low. That to me means a slow, garbage economy.
Hmmm... that's odd. Then why are we bringing in people from other countries, to fill some of the trades jobs ... that are soooo abundantly available?
I think you're feeling discouraged, because you picked a not-so-in-demand profession? Whatever the reason, there's really no need to diss your country. Maybe, it would be better if you left ... since you don't appreciate the country you live and thrive in. Toodles....... nice knowing you, don't let the door hit ya in the ass on the way out!!
