Cancelling a timeshare?
hi all I hope we all get to share time at the golf club is the mystical hill resort of Orlando .. its FAB. I tried to make a reservation for the march and they told me I had to pay nearly large maintenance costs and taxes 30 days prior to arrival APA presentation! I might is dead and burned out from long but i dont remember i have to pay this if im already paying a monthly fee. i dont own or with condo-police at a house in ny so it is at all new for me with the maintenance and taxes. info would be great to have a good j
Ah yes, timeshares favorite real estate scam shysters. I'm sure they give you a mountain very fine print documents. You need to read it ALL, or have a lawyer read it. I'm sure a monthly fee just to give you the right to rent a condo to a number of days a year.
