There are not experiencing any issues after renting single family homes?
I plan to rent a house me and my family to hire a new business. I wonder if anyone is experiencing serious problems after renting their homes and that is a better option to rent a house or sell it. Thank you!
Tons of problems! Asked a few landlords in your area and you'll get tons of nightmare scenarios. My sister rented a beautiful house for some retirees. No smoking. No drinking. Not there are children. No pets. Paid six months rent up front. He is very happy! Seven months he went to collect the rent and had no money. It takes him five months to they get thrown out because the court determined that every date should be moved because of health problems. He finally got the eviction only to find they had moved. And they take a central / C units, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, ductwork and all copper pipes from under the house. Becoming a landlord is not for the faint of heart. This is a business brutal ... me. Suggestion is to sell your home! Good luck!
