1. B & I Commercial Loans – 90% is the maximum loan. No minimum credit score. Loan amounts of $ 1 mm to $ 15,000,000.

1. Loans to non profit – loans 80% confidence, the first commercial aircraft and up to 100% with a confidence CLTV second.
