How does an agency purchases are paid to buy a house that is listed with a real estate company?
We have worked with a real estate agent to buy a house. I recently went to an open door to a house that is not listed with a real estate company (we went without our agency), the house is sold directly by the manufacturer. If we decide to buy this house and would like the services of our agency to help with paperwork, etc. "Then, as buyers, pay the estate agent?
We have exactly that - after showing the property by an estate agent, we went a property Open daily unlisted and bought it. We have no obligation to the realtor, of course, since we bought the house was not on the list.
