Why Brokers Realtors Realty does not train their recruits to join their offices after enrolling?
Much my realtor friends said about this issue. The brokers are allowed so greedy even showing their real estate agents recruitment (new) step by step to sell and buy the house. Not even the fact that these newly hired agency have no idea what the first thing to do. Only show room bathroom, and where coffee and that's it - yourself - even if they promise to train them - bill simply something new realtor in agents poor property even understand what the hell they were billing? Is it legal in this profession? Is not it that if the agent complete train, which tend to work hard and be loyal to the staff it employs? More employment agency - the Commission more divided than the broker will obtain - is not this the reality? Moreover, if the agent is happy with his agent, the agent will receive a prize of a reference to the agent when the agency decided it was time to quit.
Ninja you think it is full questions today, I started 1 hour earlier. Brokers Realtors training. First Your friends do not choose a good broker if not trained. Secondly, being a real estate agent is a company, no job. If you do not know how to conduct a business, you should not be a seller. Consider the agent does money only when the agent to sell something and it closes. If the agent is not happy with the broker, then go elsewhere. I always suggest beginners start with a business national real estate as Coldwell Banker. They have excellent training and mentoring programs for new recruits. If your friends with BC, then only do not benefit of its programs, and this is not the fault of the agent, when they fail. Third, is a very difficult business right now. I've been at this for almost 20 years and I'm starving! So no, it is easy to get rich quick business. It takes money to make money, often spend more of their brand. Its hard. They always say that 80% of the new agents will be gone in a year. And 20% and 20% to only 5% make money. I am your next question .... See ya!
