Beach Timeshare Deed
Wyndham Timeshare ??!?!?!? questions
My sister and her husband went on vacation in Myrtle beach, and ended up in a time-sharing event. They decided to buy a timeshare and they were instructed to call back within 30 days for the name is taken from the deed because he was in bankruptcy and can not buy anything. As he was called back to have it changed its name they said they could not do that because they have made him the main name on the deed. His bankruptcy mess if they know that he has deed on his behalf. Is there a way to get out of mortgages because they give misleading information?
Unless she noted agents say , there was no evidence of misleading information than what is on the deed and the timeshare contracts. Ask them to talk with a bankruptcy attorney. Or, if they have a local TV consumer advocates, they may consider going public and embarrassing to the rescinding timeshare. When not, it's such a mess it would be very painful.
