Can I buy a new production house and put it on a lot? How long for the 0-5 years 3br?

I'm looking to buy 1.5 acres wooded with other houses near by. How much do the "double wides", or the cost of manufactured homes to 3 bedroom, nothing fancy. How many regulate septic tanks, water wells, electricity from the street, and propane gas (and everything that is needed)? Thanks in advance! Oh ... lived in Michigan.
